BB11 May Have Only 10 Houseguests?

In my effort to find out as much as possible about season 11 I came across this video from early April. Mike 'Boogie' (BB2 & 7) and Brian Hart (BB10) visit with Julie and talk about casting, which ends May 4th btw, the interesting thing I heard Julie toss out was talking about ten people going into the house this season.

Actually I am guessing this was a random number but if it isn't this could be a different season with either people being added or a shorter season? Razzle Dazzle! Ok seriously it was probably just Julie tossing out a random number.
