Chima On History Channel's Cold Case Files

A couple of times over the past week Chima has spoken about an incident where she was raped and beaten. Her case was profiled on the History Channel's Cold Case Files, and she was the last victim of a serial rapist/murderer who was sentenced to death in 2003.

From the Cold Case Files' website:

Three years later, in February of 1999, 22-year-old Chima Benson sleeps soundly in her sorority house when she wakes up to a masked man in her bedroom. The man brutally beats and rapes Chima, before fleeing into the night. At the hospital semen is collected. The sample is compared to the DNA from the 1996 murders at the Peartree apartment complex, and confirmed to be a match.

That's really sad she had to go through that.

Seeing the fool say "he should have finished the job" dont bother me near as much as seeing that none of the people who always calling the guess all kinds of names, dont speak out against the person who said this terrible thing. It just shows what kind of special people that frequent here at this cesspool

Well, I've never left a comment one way or the other, but the scum that left that horrible comment about Chima sure does warrant something be said. I'm not a fan of her either, but I wouldn't wish that on anyone. Maybe on you, since you seem to enjoy the thought of it. Too bad you are such a small minded person.

The comment has been deleted. This would have happened earlier if one of us had detected it. We certainly don't like to edit or censor, but we also don't condone that kind of chatter.

I also don't believe that this comment is representative of the type of material you see on here. I absolutely adore the majority of the regular contributors here. We may be a bit more sarcastic than most sites, but we do have some decorum.
