Do you think this season can be an improvement over BB10? I do - no offense to the HGs on that season but it just didn't do much for me - hoping this season will be a nice bounce back!

From the TV guide article... "A mystery 13th houseguest—rumored to be a popular, hell-raising contestant from BB’s past—will appear at the end of the first episode and join one of the four groups."
I guess it was just a rumor that the 13th was popular and a hell raiser - cause Jesse isn't either.
