I wish I could tell you a lot happened tonight, but that's the exact opposite of the case. I think we all knew this would be a pretty boring week since Jeremy is the intended target and he did not win veto. The only thing really driving people to even talk any game is just the fear that Kaitlin won't use the veto on herself tomorrow. If she didn't that would force the house to evict her or Aaryn or Spencer instead of Jeremy, and no one wants that.
Probably the most amusing thing that went on was Jeremy campaigning. It wasn't amusing because Jeremy is good at it or interesting. In fact I don't really remember him saying much outside of "I really deserve to be here and you know it". He WAS however wearing a diaper and baby bonnet. So, that made it a little entertaining.
While Jeremy was campaigning, GinaMarie decided to turn Helen and Elissa into Jersey Shore type characters so they could put on a show for the house. I've never been quite so embarrassed for them.
Howard talked to Kaitlin for a while trying to assure her that she needed to use the veto on herself even though it meant Jeremy would go home. His intentions were good, but it set off Amanda's paranoia alarm. Amanda, McCrae, and alternating other people popped in and out of the cockpit for a good portion of the night while Amanda freaked out that Howard might be conspiring to get Kaitlin not to use veto so he could keep Jeremy. Aaryn eventually talked to Kaitlin and got the real story and told Amanda. Hopefully this will calm her down or her Paranoia is going to take her out.
For a very long time the feeds were on Kaitlin and Jeremy making out and GinaMarie and Aaryn having a chat. Aaryn tried once again to tell GM that she needed to let the whole Nick thing go and just play the game because if it was real, it would still be real after they get out of the house. GM didn't hear any of her advice though and the conversation kind of went circular.
Outside of that the night was mostly spent in group conversations where they covered everything from "what would happen if we voted for someone not nominated on the live show?" to "please explain to me what a reach around is?". There were some funny moments, but overall the night was pretty dull.
If everything goes as expected, sometime today Kaitlin will pull herself from the block and Jeremy will go up in her place most likely sealing his fate. I don't expect this week to get all that exciting until we see who wins HOH Thursday night, but stranger things have happened before. At this point in the game I would love to see Howard or Judd win HOH and shake everyone up a little bit. I'm tired of the Mom Alliance/Nerd Herd part 2. Helen's HOH-itis is about to drive me over the edge. As always you can follow me on twitter @ashes2ashes13 for more overnight updates. Until tomorrow night...
