After this morning's manifesto on Helen, I thought I'd lay off the feeds today. I assumed it would be more of the same. Oh boy, could I have been more wrong.
It all started around 11:30 this morning, and Elissa came upstairs to talk to Aaryn. Things started well, as Elissa stated that they should work together to go after Spencer. Remember, last night the brain trust of Helen and Elissa figured out that would scare everybody.
Well, that didn't last long, as Elissa just couldn't control herself. Throughout the chat, there were little digs on how much better her life is than Aaryn's. For a bit, Aaryn just ignored these little jabs as Elissa continued to say that they should forget everything that has gone on in the past. "I've never put you up", she says. Well, yeah, Elissa has never been HOH! "I don't feel that you're a threat to me", she adds.
Things get worse when Elissa tells Aaryn that she's naive to think she'd get any votes other than Amanda and McCrae. If Helen does go home, she's going to blame Aaryn because she didn't convince Andy to vote against Spencer. "I'm not being mean here, but you haven't done a thing in this game." Really? Aaryn points out her wins, but Elissa just scoffs at them as luck or because of a partner.
This went on for about an hour, and got especially worse when Elissa blurted out, "I'm Rachel's sister. They cast me for a reason. They're not going to get rid of me."
Helen came up and attempted to play peacemaker, but couldn't have been less successful. She blurted out a bunch of her mom stuff, and her dreams, and eventually even Elissa sort of turned on her rhetoric. "America is watching me as a mom who can't be saying things like B-I-T-C-H."
Elissa finally leaves, and Aaryn unloads on Helen about the conversation with Elissa. "She thinks we're scum. She think we don't deserve to live. She thinks we're peasants!" The whole situation has been ridiculous.
Andy is then brought upstairs, and Helen pretty much commands him to do what she wants. This doesn't go over well with Andy...and it's still going on as we speak. Fire up those feeds!
