Wow wow wow what a crazy DE!! While I know many are highly disappointed (and I'm sorry) I am not disappointed at all with the double eviction results. I was ready for Amanda to go, and I've been ready for Elissa to go from week one. Big congrats to Judd for surviving his second double eviction AND for winning veto!
After the feeds came back from the live show, there was some short celebrating and talking about being happy to still be in the house. They also did some bashing of evicted HGs and packed Elissa's things before the feeds went down again for the next HOH competition. When the feeds came back from THAT comp, we learned that Spencer was the new HOH. Not only did Spencer win HOH, but he got to appoint 3 punishments and a prize to the HGs that did not win. Judd was assigned some kind of health and exercise thing where he has to get up and do however many jumping jacks, sit-ups, or push ups are specified every time a whistle blows and a drill sergeant comes over the speakers for 24 hours. GinaMarie and McCrae got shackled together for 24 hours, and Andy got the prize that says he has the potential to win a lot of money...but apparently there will be some kind of comp or event he has to play in order to get the money. GinaMarie was really unhappy to hear that she would have to be chained to McCrae. She told Spencer she would rather be chained to Judd, and he told her he didn't think of that, but should have done it that way. He told her his main goal was to make sure that Judd didn't try to make a deal with McCrae if he shackled the 2 of them together.
Spencer also told GinaMarie, Judd, and Andy that he would probably be putting up GinaMarie against McCrae as the original noms with McCrae as the target. When Judd was not around he told both GinaMarie and Andy that if McCrae wins veto, they will send Judd home and keep GinaMarie.
It is 5:30 Am here (east coast) and Spencer just now got his HOH room. He got a letter from Marilynn and pictures of her, plus a basket full of junk food. With it being so late and everyone being so tired and or shackled to each other, I don't see a lot more game talk going on tonight. I expect GinaMare and McCrae or possibly Judd and McCrae to go up for nominations tomorrow, and either McCrae or Judd will leave on the pre-taped Weds night eviction.
Now, if I were Spencer, I would think long and hard about this HOH. Getting McCrae out is a fairly decent sized move since he is good at winning comps when he needs to and has had a fairly good social game thus far with Amanda taking all the heat while he gets to coast...BUT, in the event that McCrae wins veto (and we all know it's likely), if I were Spencer, I would try to make my HOH count and take out Andy. While I personally think Andy is playing the best social game in the house, that is exactly the reason to take him out. I think almost every person in jury save for maybe Jessie will vote for him, plus he has a final 2 deal with almost everyone left in the house. If Spencer wants any shot at all at winning first prize (which is unlikely anyway) he definitely doesn't want to take Andy with him and he definitely needs to make a move with this HOH. That's just my opinion though. Everything will come down to veto and what Spencer decides to do depending on who wins. I don't expect to see any fireworks over the nominations. GinaMarie knows she is probably going up, and I think McCrae also expect to go up, so there will be nothing shocking there. I'm calling it a night even though they are all still celebrating the HOH room. I don't think anything noteworthy is really going to happen. As always, you guys can follow me on twitter @ashes2ashes13 for more overnight feed updates. Until tomorrow night...
