The Night Owl

Even though nothing really changed overnight tonight, it wasn't exactly boring either.  After another day of Judd highs and lows and Andy pushing to keep GM over Judd, Spencer concocted a plan.  It was a stupid plan...but still a plan.  He proposed to Andy that since McCrae's main concern about keeping GM was getting her to throw the next HOH comp, that they could prep GinaMarie and get her to tell McCrae that she would throw the HOH completely to him if he used the veto on her instead of himself.  This wa Andy and Spencer figured they could get McCrae to stay on the block, put up Judd in GinaMarie's place, and all vote out McCrae.

Andy agreed and went to work on GinaMarie telling her what the deal would be and what she should say about it if McCrae took the bait. He then went upstairs (where McCrae and Spencer had been making final 2 deals together and talking about how they could not beat Andy in the end) to propose the plan.  With all the sincerity and accountability of a late night infomercial, Andy spilled this plan that he "thought was actually a pretty good deal" to McCrae.   McCrae humored them and kind of acted like he was really torn about whether or not to do it with his only concern being that they might vote him out for making the dumbest move ever (well YEAH).  Andy then said he was going to go talk to GM some more just to "feel her out" and when he left, Spencer and McCrae talked some more.

Spencer kept stressing to McCrae that there is no way he can beat Andy in the end, and McCrae kept saying the same to Spencer, and the 2 promised to keep each other over Andy no matter what since they cannot beat him.  McCrae also brought up how dangerous he thinks it is that GinaMarie and Andy are so tight and said he was not sure if this plan actually came from GM or if it was Andy just trying to take a stab at him.  After Andy returned to the room and McCrae pretended to consider the plan some more, he went down to "talk to GM about the plan."

McCrae pretty quickly told GM that he totally trusts her, but that he is pretty sure he was the target when the two of them were originally put up by Spencer and said that he does not trust them to not vote him out.  He told her he wouldn't be using the veto on her, but they both agreed that after the veto ceremony when Judd goes up, they could talk about making better deals.  In between McCrae coming down and Andy going up, Judd came outside to where GinaMarie was for a moment, and she told him the plan (which he was not supposed to find out about in case it didn't work) and he happily ran back to bed in hopes that it would actually go through.  Who knows how all that will come out after veto...

None of this changes anything, and Spencer and Andy are still planning to oust Judd and keep GinaMarie.  Spencer even told Andy that he would rather have McCrae in the final 3 now (because of their final 2 deal).  I would rather McCrae be there than GinaMarie also, but for Spencer's game that may or may not be disastrous.  I don't think it will make that much difference though as McCrae will probably take Spencer over Andy because he knows he can beat him, and I'm not sure Spencer could beat anyone at the end.  So, one more full day of feeds before they go off on Tuesday for the taping of the early eviction, and if nothing drastic changes, Judd will be going to jury.  I'm disappointed personally, but that's the way it goes.  A smart game move for Spencer to make (imho) would be to throw Andy on the block and get McCrae to vote him out since Andy has pretty real deals with everyone in the house And Judd and McCrae would both still take Spencer to final 2, but it would give Spencer a better shot at winning to take someone who didn't play as strong of a game as Andy did, and to use his HOH to get out a more powerful player.  That's just what I would do though.  Personally I think Andy or McCrae will win the whole thing, and I have no problem with that. They have played hard.

I will post the veto ceremony results tomorrow night, and also anything that may have changed (though I doubt anything will), but after that the feeds will be down until Weds night  after the show when we will find out what is going on before the next eviction Thursday night.  So, until tomorrow night...

Spencer's plan to fool McCrae into using the veto on GM officially turns BB into the THREE just gets better and better!!!!!

I think these HG's are getting stir crazy. Spence's idea to fool Mc was really idiotic.Ideas like that stem from having too much time on their hands.

Idiots with time on their hands want to show the world how brilliant they really are. Andy who thinks he's the ultimate genius even went for it . McCrae just laughed to himself. He's probably thinking....I can relax, this is going to be way easier than I thought.

Saturday Night Live would have a field day with all this material. Ash and Scot should submit a few scripts...comedy gold here!!

Hmmm, does anybody else think perhaps Spencer is a genius after all? I don't watch the feeds so didn't see this unfold, but the way Ash explains it, it sounds to me like when Andy proposed that "idea" to McCrae he made it sound like it was completely his own idea. Maybe Spencer knew McCrae wouldn't really even think about using the veto on anybody but himself, but having Andy throw that idea out there might be the first step in Spencer's master plan to put Andy up and get him out this week. You know, plant a seed of doubt in McCrae as to why would Andy propose something like that, get McCrae's wheels turning, then Spencer can propose to McCrae putting Andy up, he and Judd vote Andy out. If that's it, frankly nothing would make me happier. Spencer and McCrae sure seem to be doing a lot of talking about how they don't think they can beat Andy. OK, so am I crazy, or am I giving Spencer way too much credit?

Pat, I was entertaining the same possibility. It's going to be so interesting to find that out. Did you follow the proposal he was making to GM ? What do you make of it pervert idiot or genius?
September 9, 2013 | Unregistered CommenterNancy
Pardon my stupidity but what does IMO or IMHO mean?
September 9, 2013 | Unregistered Commentermary
Pat, I thought the same thing. Since every time Andy left the HOH room last night, Spencer would immediately start implying how close Andy was with GM and how neither of them could beat Andy in the end, I think it quite possibly could have been a ploy to start planting seeds for Andy to get evicted...or at least to make sure that McCrae goes after Andy instead of him if he gets the next HOH or veto. It's smart if that's what he was doing, but I would still say it would be looked at as smarter if he got rid of Andy on his HOH instead of wasting it. I'm not after Andy to go, I just think for Spencer that would be a smarter move because Judd would still take Spencer to the end if it were up to him, and getting rid of Andy would be a much bigger move and give him at least a SHOT of getting votes in the final 2.

Mary, IMO means "In my opinion". IMHO means "In my humble opinion".

Are you serious saying McCrae played a hard game? That's freaking hilarious! He was the biggest puss in the house hiding behind Nasty herself, and RAT Andy didn't do anything but RAT. Spencer and Mcrae were the laziest Idiots ever to play big brother, I'm embarrassed for all of them. And to top it off GM's a nasty illiterate hoe! No one should win, If I was in the jury I'd go home, and tell them all including CBS to f--k off! This season was a joke.
September 9, 2013 | Unregistered CommenterApril bring a lot of energy to the table. That's good!! McCrae did not play a hard game, but what he did do which I liked was ...he always gave good advice and support to Amanda. That has to count for something. Amanda was way too emotional and angry to play a good game. Being second in command doesn't make you a puss. Amanda doesn't need to be defended from the likes of GM.

Well, I guess I was giving Spencer too much credit... or I am crazy! Too bad because like Ash said, if Spencer got Andy out that would be a huge move in the eyes of the jury. Judd going probably won't be thought of as a big move, as most of them think he should already be gone because he was given a second chance. I'm still rather hoping that McCrae will convince Andy to vote out GM with the thought that "bro's before ho's" if you will. I am in agreement with most people out there who aren't rooting for anybody at this point. They are all rather disgusting, just about equally so for various reasons. I also agree this has been a rather horrible season overall. Pretty sad.

This season hasn't been as horrible as many may think. There was so much to be learned about human behavior...especially when money is factored in. Also fame and attention are big motivators. It brings out the best and the worst in people. BB creates so much stress that usually the worst is what you see. It makes for good TV because as you sit in your safe little space, you can feel good about yourself. Times are more stressful now and nobody is on their best behavior. We live in a state of fear and this is how we all act in those don't be so ready to judge. We are all in this together.

The women could have taken control of this game so easily and this is a big lesson not to be run by emotions. Out of Control anger and insults lost the game for most of the players.
