Call Me Crazy

I don't know if I'm more excited that the Big Brother 12 season has finally begun or because the power has shifted in the house again this week, but I am so excited that Rachel won HOH tonight!

If you had asked me last week how I would be feeling if this happened tonight, I probably would have told you that I'd be cancelling my feeds. Seriously. So I'm as shocked as anybody that I'm actually looking forward to a Rachel HOH week.

Yes, I know there's going to be Brenchel kissy slurpy time up in the HOH room. I'm not too fond of that. Yes, I know there's going to be Rachel's crazy laughter and mood swings. I can deal with that. Yes, I know that Brendon will be sewing the fringe that's on the bag that he's given to Rachel that holds his testicles. I've been expecting that additional adornment.

But I'm excited because Rachel being HOH this week will shake things up in the house. I don't care if she makes emotional or strategical (did you see what I did there?) nominations this week. I don't care if she nominates people because of their favorite color or favorite movie. Let's just have something really exciting happen this week after the fantastic night tonight.

And while I'm still a Rachel hater, I have to give it to the girl. She's playing hard. She (and Brendon) are doing what it takes to stay in the game when both of them have been targeted since the very beginning. I have respect for her (and Brendon) when it comes to that.

Some Excitement On The Feeds - One House Guest In Tears.

So we had some action today - and hopefully will have some more later on. 

Being as I have tweeted (BBGossip) and posted about it on ilovereality.com - I am just going to do what someone requested after my flashback tutorial.  Here are the highlights with the time "links" to the actual video.

9:45am Camera 3: Andrew confronts Kristen and Kathy and tells them to 'stop playing me like a fiddle." Implying that the two of them are aligned (Kristen has been telling him she was going to vote out Kathy).

10:11am Camera 3 or 4: Voices are raised as Kristen is really ticked off at Andrew for calling her out 'in public' and that she had told him she would be comforting Kathy a lot this week.  Andrew says he knows he is going but Kristen better watch her back.

10:15am Camera 1 or 2: Andrew in the "Have Not" room in tears. 

11:00am Camera 1 or 2: Andrew is Still in tears.

11:21am Camera 1 or 2: Andrew talking to Ragan.  Asks Ragan what would he do if he knew about one of his friends being cheated on.  Would he expose it?  He would (watch it to see the exact phrasing).

11:45am Camera 2: Andrew meets with Brendon in the "Cabana" room and in a round about way tells Brendon he is going to help Brendon and Rachel by messing up things for Kristen and Hayden.  This was in super secret whisper mode that you need headphones to hear.

So it looks like Andrew felt out Ragan and got the answer he wanted.  In Andrews mind Kristen is cheating on her 'boyfriend' (of a couple weeks before the show) with Hayden.  By exposing this relationship to the house Rachel and Brendon will be seen as less of a threat and the target may shift to this newly reealed 'alliance.'  I have no clue how Andrew thinks it might save him - but I can see how it might help Rachel and Brendon a bit.

I'm not sure if Andrew plans to do this today - or tomorrow - he has discussed calling a meeting - but in his convo with Brendon he mentioned doing something tomorrow night.

So the big 'meeting' was a bust - or rather Andrew just apologized to everyone.

Then early this morning (1:30am) Andrew told Enzo that he planned to reveal a secret alliance in his speech on tonights show.

Enzo then went and told Brit, Matt, Lane and Hayden.  None of them seem to guess whom it might be - but they won't be as shocked when he says something tonight.

The beginning of the end?

Sorry, I'm trying to type through just hysterical laughter.

So as previously pointed out, Matt offered himself as a pawn.  Rachel and Brendon have been in the HoH talking about their options for what seems like HOUUUUUUUURS.  Rachel's still in love with the idea, so when Andrew came up in the middle of their long-ass, kiss-face session Brendon OFFERED HIMSELF and spilled the beans RIGHT IN FRONT OF RACHEL. She was immediately pissed and Brendon packed up his shit and left.  So she did what any mature person would do... bawl their eyes out.

Cut to 40 seconds later:

Ugh.  This is going to end horribly.  I cannot friggin' wait.

Gag Me

You know, it's not enough that Brendon and Rachel formed their showmance 24 hours upon entering the Big Brother House. It's not enough that they slurp each other constantly.

It's not enough that Rachel's fake laugh might drive me insane. It's not enough that Brendon wears the apron and frilly panties in their relationship and is of such a sensitive nature that butterflies and woodland fairy creatures call him their king.

But they have to hold hands to take a nap? Seriously? Are you kidding me?

Ugh!!!!

The Second POV Winner Is

The hamsters had an early wakeup call this morning in preparation for today's Power of Veto competition. After bitching and moaning for a bit they all finally got up and began moving around. There was plenty of complaining from Britney about her new Have Not bed (chaise lounge) and speculation from all about Big Brother calling them to the Diary Room so late.

Eventually though the players were picked for the POV competition. We knew Rachel would be playing along with her two nominees, Britney and Monet. Lane, Enzo, and Brendon would be joining them in the backyard for a little afternoon fun. Britney and Monet knew that they had to win the POV themselves in order to guarantee their safety this week as there was no chance nobody else would save either one of them if they won POV.

After more than three hours of trivia on the feeds, the hamsters finally reappeared on my small screen. Brendon and Rachel were up in the HOH room talking about a replacement nominee. Oh my goodness, that means that either Monet or Britney won it!

In the Have Nots room Enzo, Britney, and Monet were going on about the competition. Monet was crying and Britney and Enzo began trying to figure out the votes to save Monet. Guess what that means! Britney won the POV! Woohoo!

The competition itself was a timed competition. Britney said she was the first to drop. Enzo said he went fourteen seconds over. As the houseguests talked more about the competition, it sounds like they had to do something as close to an hour without going over. Enzo just keeps going on to Brenchel about being fourteen seconds over and how if he had won POV everything could have stayed the same and Britney would have gone home. (He doesn't know that Monet is Brenchel's target.)

Rachel was talking to Brendon about asking Britney not to use the POV at all and they would guarantee to  her that Monet would go home over her. Hey guys, there is NO WAY that Britney would pull a Marcellas. They also tossed around putting Kathy up as a pawn but they're worried that Kathy would get all emotional and take it personally. They're also still tossing around using Matt as the replacement nominee and feel that he'd be cool with it.

So there's no definite replacement yet but I'm sure once Brenchel gets more alone time tonight a decision will be made. I think they're going to go round and round a bit but will find their way back to the Matt plan. No matter what happens, I just Monet to go home this week! She's so boring! And while Britney can certainly be a little bitch at times, she's not an idiot and acts more like she wants to play the game. I love that about her!
