Nominations In!

As decided earlier, it's Jerry and Memphis. Keesha thanked Dan for not nominating her, and he says he didn't put her up because he wanted to pay her back for protecting him earlier. Memphis knew it was coming...well, he suggested it, but Jerry believes it means there's some super secret deal between Keesha and Dan.

They're now on inside lockdown, as the veto competition set is being constructed outside.

Nomination Time Or Dan's Trip?

Dan has spent the last half hour sitting by himself in the HOH, and then suddenly was called to the diary room. He threw on a headband and bolted out the door. Right that moment an outside lockdown was called for the rest of them.

It's possible that it's nomination time, but since he spent no time acting like he was contemplating his choices, I'm wondering if he's headed to the beach.

BTW, some sites are speculating that Dan is going to the jury house for a visit, and that his overheard comment about Michelle is that he wants to focus his pleading on her. If that's true, they better show us lots of footage. Either way, it does explain the "bury the hatchet" message in the competition.

Dan's Surprising Beach Trip Partner

I haven't been able to completely verify this, but supposedly Dan is not going to go to the beach alone. Apparently, he could choose anybody, and decided to take...Michelle? His plan is to use the time to sweet talk her into getting her vote.

Keesha hasn't been in a good mood all day, but she still looks damned good.

Luxury Comp Results!

Well, I was wrong on all counts. Dan won the luxury competition, and he gets to spend a day at a private beach. He had the option to take another person, and decided to go alone to avoid any "animosity". Oh, I think he'll still have some hurt feelings, particularly from Memphis. Jerry is babbling about the line regarding "changing the game", and thinks maybe he'll be bringing somebody back. Yeah, right. You've been saying that all season.

Personally, I would take Keesha!

Dan Makes A Funny

Jerry's in the diary room, and Dan started talking about how Keesha is the last woman standing. She out-strutted Angie, out-played Michelle, out-screamed April, and "out-funnied" Keesha. He then asked who scared her the most, and Keesha said she thought Michelle was going to win the whole game.

Dan and Keesha then talk about how they fell for Michelle's hard-luck story...the first time they heard it. Memphis rolls his eyes, and is surprised to hear this.

Dan's response? "Yeah, but you're the dude that doesn't bat an eye when a 75 year old man falls into a pool."

BTW, I predict the luxury prize is a trip to the MTV Awards show on Sunday, as that channel is owned by CBS. I don't know what that has to do with the sumo guy, though. I think I want Jerry to win this, as nobody would be more out of place than him.
