Somebody Please Explain This Theory

Despite the pleas, Ronnie is indicating that he's still putting up two of his crew (probably Casey and Laura). Somehow, though, they're supposed to approve of this plan because the goal is to backdoor Russell.
That's beyond ridiculous. You just can't say with a straight face that two people are pawns. Even if you have 100% faith in the HOH, there's a pretty strong chance that one of your own will be going home. Either the wrong person will win HOH, or the person on your side who wins it goes against his alliance and doesn't use it, or the HOH will double cross his side. They all have to see through his plan.
Ronnie must believe that everybody in the house is an idiot...and maybe he's right.
One Last Plea

Jordan, Laura, and Jeff are making their case to save their crew. I'm not sure it's working too well, especially because Jeff is pretty angry. Ronnie says that he hears how Casey says he's "too smart for the game", but they're all making pretty good points about how Russell is always making cracks about "Captain Lurks-a-Lot".
Edit: Jeff just won the award for the most ridiculous statement of the year. "I only have my balls left, and they completely back whatever you decide".
Further edit: This claim by Ronnie that he wants to backdoor Russell is unbelievable. He expects Jeff, Laura, Casey, and Jordan to believe that any combo of them are double pawns so that Russell can be backdoored?
One more edit: When the conversation concluded, Natalie and Lydia immediately pounced to find out about the meeting. Ronnie spilled all, including how they threw Russell under the bus. (Oh God, even I'm using BB cliches.)
