Endurance Competition and Coaches Get to Play? Wrath of Boogie?

Yes, its going to happen.  The coaches will at the very least be given the opportunity to enter the game tonight on the live eviction show and I pretty much expect them to all say YES.  Boogie has said that as long as Frank stays in the house he won't play but guess what? Franks going to be long gone by HoH competition time (unless there is a really odd turn of events).

I've been writing all week about how I was surprised Mike Boogie and Frank have seemed so calm and not nearly as paranoid as I thought and this afternoon my thick skull finally realized why as the two of them were sitting in the Arcade Room plotting ther demise of Shane next week.  These two are convinced that Wil, who doesn't care for his coach Janelle, not his "teammates" Joe and Ashley, is going to vote out Joe so Joe will go home on a vote of 3-2.  The problem is I don't see it happening at all.  Wil doesn't care for Janelle or his teammates but he it worried about the Frank/Boogie combo so he wants to break that up.

That brings us to tonight's show.  I think Frank will be saying goodbye after a 3-2 vote with only Ian and Jenn voting to keep Frank.  Boogie will be furious and looking to get revenge, he has already stated that if Frank goes and he is offered a chance to enter the game he will.  Janelle and Britney both feel they have a better chance at the 500k than the 100k since they think they can play better games than their 'players' and Dan only has Danielle to coach so you'd think he would want in.

Watch Big Brother 14 on SuperPass! All in all it should be a very entertaining night and here comes the plea...  if you don't have the live feeds yet, tonight is the time to check them out - with the endurance HoH coming and the coaches in the game most likely - it should be a wild few days for sure.  So please - if you are going to try the feeds out - Support Big Brother Gossip and sign up for the Big Brother Live Feeds 3 day free trial via this link!!

We will do our best to update the site and keep our twitters up to date as well if you choose to live vicariously through us - but of course its much more interesting when you can see it for yourself and use Flashback to catch the things you might have missed!

See you later tonight!

The First Big Blindside Coming?

I'm amazed that since Monday's initial 'shock' by Frank and Mike Boogie at Shane putting Frank up, things have been really calm.

Frank and Boogie are talking about who to talk to and what to say but they just don't seem overly concerned.  This morning the two were up and alone for quite a while before Joe joined them.  Boogie suggested to Frank that he should let Britney know that, on the off chance Frank were to go home on Thursday, Boogie would try to win the coaches competition and then trade Ian or Jenn for Shane and thus really damage Britney's game.

It will be interesting to see if Frank or Boogie try that tactic and if so if it has any impact on Britney who, along with Janelle, is more and more sure that the coaches will enter the game on Thursday (so the threat won't matter).

It still strikes me as odd for Mike Boogie to be so calm, I thought he would be relatively calm but I haven't seen the campaigning I expected.  Joe has also been fairly calm and that in itself would be enough to make me paranoid were I Frank or Mike.

The house is now on an inside lockdown and I expect it to be until the live show on Thursday.  Not sure if the Coaches will get a chance to join tomorrow but I would expect an endurance competition and some potential fireworks no matter who goes tomorrow.  Right now Mike Boogie is going to be stunned if he see's Frank walk out on Thursday.

Big Brother Gossip Show #18: Season 14 Preview

Tonight's episode is a preview of the new season, and Scott, Mike, and Ash were joined by Big Brother Gossip's UK correspondant, Karen Elise, and bitchybigbrother's Colette Lala to trash and praise the new cast. We also talked about the various rumors surrounding the "mentors" twist, and Colette gave us some insight into a bit of the behind-the-scenes activity surrounding a former cast member who was initially picked to be a part of this season.

You are probably used to reading these next two paragraphs, but I have to again remind everybody that due to a change in providers you will have to resubscribe to continue to automatically receive each episode. If you listen via Stitcher(http://www.stitcher.com/listen.php?fid=16875) or Scott's Android/iPhone app for all of his podcasts (The Ledge), no changes are necessary. Since Apple doesn't allow you to delete a podcast, though, the old version is technically still in the iTunes store. That is a dead link, so you now have to subscribe to The Big Brother Gossip Show (mp3) at this link -http://itunes.apple.com/us/podcast/big-brother-gossip-mp3/id502746488 . If  you don't want to go the iTunes route, you can also directly subscribe to the new show's feed at http://feeds.feedburner.com/bigbrothergossip, or directly download it by clicking

I know this is confusing, but at least these changes are happening now instead of in the middle of next season! Special thanks to Mike, Ash and especially Karen and Colette for their help on this episode, and please let me know what you think of this special broadcast!

Big Brother Gossip Show #17: BBUK's Benedict Garrett

One of the most intriguing, and controversial, Big Brother contestants I have ever seen is Benedict Garrett from this year's UK edition. A former educator turned porn star, Benedict "shocked" a number of fellow housemates and a portion of the public with his open discussions on masturbation. With all of the big personalities given the boot in the early weeks (sound familiar?), Garrett was the third evictee of the season. Big Brother's loss is our gain, though, as he was open to any question perused by the lovely Ash or myself.

After our time with Benedict was concluded, our very own Mike joined us to talk about the various rumors that have been floating around the US edition of Big Brother, which commences on July 12. We talk about the "mentors" rumors, BB6/7 Janelle's strange tweets, and today's unveiling of the house.

This was quite the episode, and should be entertaining to fans of both the UK and US editions of the show.

Once again, this is also a great time to remind everybody that due to a change in providers you will have to resubscribe to continue to automatically receive each episode.
