The Night Owl

A lot lot LOT of game talking went on tonight.  I think we are basically back where we started with Candice going home, but that didn't stop a lot of plans and freak-outs from happening.

When I first turned on the feeds tonight, Amanda was telling Aaryn about how she would like to win HOH this coming week and put up Helen and Jessie with the option of backdooring Judd OR possibly just sending Helen home.

While Amanda was having this talk with Aaryn, Jessie, Helen, and Elissa were plotting a way to get the votes to keep Candice and take Amanda out while they had the chance and she was on the block.  They discussed how it would have to work, and came to the conclusion that they needed to first pull Andy's vote and then Judd's.  Helen having no idea that Andy is much more loyal to Amanda than her, decided to go ahead and pull him into the storage room to talk to him about it.  Andy of course immediately said "no no NO!!" to the idea of voting out Amanda.  He told Helen he didn't feel comfortable with doing it this week.  Helen told Andy that she had heard that Amanda had plans to get her out the next week.  I'm not sure if she had really heard that or not, but if she was lying, it was a good one since it's actually kind of true.  Andy told her he had never heard anything from Amanda about wanting Helen out, and they needed to stay solid.  While they were talking, Aaryn was listening outside of the door to the storage room and then entered in the middle of the conversation.  She asked what they were talking about and they lied and said they were trying to figure out how they were going to tell Candice that she was going home.

Knowing that what she heard was a lie, Aaryn pulled Amanda into the have-not room to tell her everything she had heard.  Andy was not far behind Aaryn to come and spill what Helen had been saying to him.  He gave Amanda a much lighter version of what had been said and told her to NOT freak out or let anyone know that she knew what was going on.  They discussed making some deals or new alliances that might make Helen trust Amanda more and not want her out, then Andy left.  Aaryn continued telling Amanda that she was pretty sure that people were going to vote her out this week because she was certain that Jessie and Helen were going to be able to pull Judd's vote.

At the moment Aaryn was saying this, Helen was telling Judd about the plan in the storage room and trying to get his thoughts on it.  Like Andy, Judd said no, and that it was not a good idea for their game this week to turn on Amanda and get people after them in favor of keeping Candice who he had never talked any game with.

Although Amanda had been told by Andy to tell no one and not to freak out, she was apparently incapable of holding her tongue, and immediately ran outside to where Helen and Elissa were sitting and started crying to them saying "I just have a feeling there is a plan to get me out and something is going wrong this week.".  They assured her that this was not the case and that she was totally safe because they were all voting to evict Candice.

Meanwhile, Aaryn pulled Judd into the have-not room to ask him a bunch of questions about who he was going to vote out and if he was the MVP.  She aked her questions in a way that very much tipped off Judd that Amanda and the rest of his alliance may not trust him anymore.  He reassured Aaryn that he had no intentions of keeping Candice, and was definitely going to keep Amanda.

Because Amanda freaked out and tipped off Helen and Elissa that she knew something was going on, Andy had to pull Helen into the HOH room to do some damage control.  They discussed Amanda just being paranoid and it not being a good idea to get her out this week.  They then pulled Jessie into the HOH room to tell her that it wasn't going to happen.  Jessie told them that she did not feel secure keeping Amanda, but she did not push the issue since the votes were not there.  At the end of this conversation both Aaryn and GinaMarie entered the HOH room.

After Andy, Helen, and Jessie left, Aaryn began telling GinaMarie that she was sure that Amanda was getting voted out insted of Candice.  She said she was positive that Elissa, Jessie, and Helen were going to be able to convince Judd or Andy to vote with them.  GinaMarie said that she would just have to put up someone who was going to keep Candice as the replacement nom instead of Spencer.

GinaMarie then began holding meetings in the HOH room, starting with Judd.  She kind of threatened him about his vote and insinuated that she may put him up if he didn't agree to vote the way she wante dhim to.  Judd was completely confused as to who might be saying that he wasn't voting out Candice, and went on to convince GM that there would be no perks to him keeping Candice and that he definitely would not vote out Amanda.  At the end of the meeting GM told him he was 120% safe, but the meeting was of course enough to set off Judd's paranoia.

After a few more meetings in the HOH room, GinaMarie was convinced that they still had the votes to get Candice out and decided to go back to her plan of nominating Spencer when Jessie pulls herself off the block. Meanwhile downstairs, Aaryn was telling McCrae and Andy how she needed GinaMarie gone sooner than later since she was freaking out and had the worst case of HOH-itis Aaryn had ever seen.

For a little while, there was a lull in game talk since Amanda was convinced that she was okay and that they had the votes, and Helen had stopped trying to push for a vote to get Amanda out.

During the lull dinner was cooked and served, and alcohol was delivered.  Amanda decided she did not feel up to having her bachelorette party tonight, so the alcohol was distributed between the regular drinkers (Judd, McCrae, Aaryn, and Elissa).

The lull did not last long.  Aaryn started telling Amanda some things Jessie had said about getting she and Helen out last week when Aaryn was HOH, and that set Amanda off all over again.  Adding to her paranoia was the fact that Jessie and Elissa were in fact down in the cockpit room trying to figure out a way to get her voted out.  Elissa's brain is still stuck on not voting out Candice and so she and Jessie have set their minds to trying to find the votes.  Judd, Andy, and Candice at different moments in time tried to come into the cockpit, but in her awkward and very obvious Elissa way, she ran them all off one by one causing each one of them to run up to the HOH where Amanda was having her freak out so that they could report what they had seen.

Helen, Amanda, Aaryn, GinaMarie, and Andy all tried to talk over each other in the HOH room for quite a while, but they were all basically saying the same thing.  It doesn't matter what Elissa or Jessie does, because they have all the votes they need and are not going to be swayed.

Eventually after being convinced once again that she was alright, Amanda decided she was okay and went outside to talk to McCrae leaving Judd to talk to Helen and GM about whether he made a stupid mistake by letting Jessie keep the veto.

As Judd's aggrivation with Jessie has grown this week, he has stopped sleeping in her bed and tonight was planning to sleep in GinaMarie's old bed and let Aaryn sleep there as well.  Andy was planning to sleep with Jessie.  Aaryn has been gradually (or not so gradually or subtly) putting the moves on Judd as he distances himself from Jessie.  This became an issue tonight when Elissa found out where Aaryn was sleeping.  Elissa told Jessie, and Jessie told Judd that she missed sleeping with him and wanted him to come back to her bed.  Elissa then threw out "I dunno Jessie, I have a feeling a new sleeping situation is happening tonight"  In her passive aggressive Elissa way.  For a while this made things awkward and Judd talked to Amanda, McCrae, and Andy about it, but it actually led to a VERY interesting conversation.

At the height of all the weirdness with the bed situation, Jessie got Judd to come talk to her in the room where they normally sleep.  She laid out the entire game as she sees it right now.  She talked about how she knows that Amanda and McCrae have been controlling who does and doesn't go home from the very beginning. She told him how Helen knows that Andy is more loyal to them after tonight. She explained how Aaryn is also completely loyal to them and GinaMarie does whatever Aaryn tells her to.  She broke down for him what would happen if he voted with Helen, Elissa, and herself to evict Amanda.  She said McCrae would be after she and Helen more than anyone and would likely have to stick with Judd just to have someone unless he just wanted to stick with Aaryn.  She told him Andy would likely become completely loyal to Helen once he no longer had Amanda because he would have no choice.  She finished it by explaining that she knows that if Candice goes this week, she will go next week, and after that it will be Elissa, and then he or Helen going home.  She had a lot of valid points.   When she was done telling him how she saw things, she told him to just think about it and not decide what to do right away.  Judd told her he would think about it and that he definitely saw what she was saying.  Surprisingly, he did not tell Amanda and McCrae about this plan to get Amanda out...

When Judd did not tell Amanda and McCrae about his conversation with Jessie, I thought he was possibly considering what she said, and maybe he is a little bit since he did make out with Jessie for a while (stop that! NO MORE SHOWMANCES!!), but a little later, he did start to tell Andy that Jessie wants Amanda out, but that he did not want to tell Amanda because it would cause her to freak out, so my gut feeling is that he is not even going to take it into consideration.

At this point I still feel like Candice is leaving even though we have a few more days and a bachelorette party to get through before that happens.  I expect to see Spencer put on the block in Jessie's place later today.  Hopefully the scrambling will keep on coming.  At least it isn't boring.  As always you guys can follow me on twitter @ashes2ashes13 for more overnight feed updates.  Until tomorrow night..

Big Brother Season 15, Episode 12 Recap

There is one reason to watch tonight’s episode. Sometime early in the hour, probably around the twelve-to-fifteen minute mark, an event will happen that needs to be paused. You’re going to see a certain person’s face have an inner fight. The rigidity of chemicals and surgery is going to go to battle with a rare moment of emotion. Who will win? Modern cosmetic procedures or the natural elastic of skin?

There will be some other fun on the show tonight...or at least events that I’ll call fun, but we’ll start off where we left off on Sunday with the nominations of Kaitlin and Arryn. Judd thinks that his noms are pretty safe, except that Amanda isn’t happy. He’s just worried that he’ll put a target on his back for next week. Howard is “elated, but still a little nervous”. He notes that all of the strong males have left the house. Aaryn again complains about the “Texas Tornado” comment, and hates that she’s been made to look “sketchy in front of the whole house”.

She heads upstairs, where Judd is talking to Spencer, who leaves the room. She says that she’s not mad, but tears up when asking about that phrase. Her composure changes, though, when Judd tells her not to cry because his plan is to win veto, take either her or Kaitlin off the block, and then backdoor somebody. She promises not to tell anybody about this idea. Judd says, “act mad, act mad, act mad” as seh leaves the room.

Kaitlin is downstairs complaining to Amanda that if Arryn wins veto then she may be going home. She asks Amanda if she’ll tell her if she’s in danger, and after a moment of hesitation, Amanda says yes. Kaitlin says she doesn’t trust anybody in the house, and also doesn’t think anybody would tell her if she was a target. Arryn walks into the room, complaining that Judd was laughing as she was talking to him. Amanda attempts to reassure her, as she really does want Howard to be backdoored.

It’s now time for some whining. Elissa is asking about the MVP, because “every week about this same time, I’ve been finding out that I’m MVP. This week, it hasn’t happened. It’s so nervewracking.” She heads into the HOH, and is acting way weird. Amanda says she’s “acting like a woman who just found out she’s pregnant”, and attempts to get her to talk. She even does a perfect imitation of how she came into the room. Amanda then asks if she won MVP, and Elissa says no. “I just think I’ll go up if I don’t, hmmm mmmm.” In the diary room, Elissa acknowledges that people have been using her for the MVP, and if that’s not in play she’s in trouble.

McCrae and Amanda are now in the cockpit room, and after a kiss she tells him just how weird Elissa has been acting. She says she doesn’t understand her, and agrees that without the MVP there’s no use for her. McCrae even says she could possibly be backdoored by Judd.

Now Spencer and Howard are playing pool, complaining about Amanda. “I don’t feel good about them at all”, says Spencer. They think they’re going to run the house, and proceed to say their way to succeed is to “go with the house”. Kaitlin is their key, though, and they decide they need to get her and Judd to work with them. Oh yeah, and GinaMarie, too. “We’re still the Moving Company, baby”, says Spencer.

They head up to the HOH, and after Judd and Kaitlin walk in (GinaMarie was already there), they start in to some small talk about the MVP. “Helen and Elissa run this house”, complains Kaitlin. “Along with Amanda and McCrae”, counters Spencer. Howard says he has a plan, and goes into a chat about how they’ve all been “ostracized” from the house. GinaMarie is immediately all in, pretty much saying “preach it, brother” after everything that is said. Spencer laughs in the diary room that Howard is preaching nonsense, but it’s working with these dupes. “I’m ready to fucking play”, says GinaMarie. They slap fists to verify it’s on, baby!

After commercials, a number of people are talking about the MVP. Helen says that Elissa doesn’t have it, and maybe “America” is picking the nominee this week. “It gets America in the game.” Jessie is confused, though, and Helen believes the two nominees would have received the most votes.

So now we have the time I’ve been waiting for. Judd reads the card about the third nominee, who is....ELISSA!!!! The entire house is shocked! Shocked, I tell you! “Something weird is going on”, complains Candice. Elissa says she felt “betrayed...it’s a stab in the back!” Players for the veto are now picked, and they are Helen and McCrae, with Andy as the host.

With the meeting adjourned, Arryn actually complains that having her “worst enemy in the house” on the block with her is a bad thing. She’s worried that people may actually think that it was her that put up Elissa.

Amanda goes up to hug Elissa, who clearly doesn’t want her to be touched. She believes that it was either Kaitlin, GInaMarie, or Arryn who put her up, as “those are the only three girls I’m not close with”. GinaMarie goes up to hug her, and Elissa completely recoils. “Please stop!”

Elissa wanders into one of the bedroom, and GinaMarie follows her to find out why she was just treated like that. “You put me up.” GinaMarie swears on her life that she is not responsible, so Elissa then says that surely the other two girls told her this was going to happen. GinaMarie grabs Elissa’s Bible to swear on it, but Elissa says that’s disrespectful. “I just really want to go home. Just vote me out.” Candice pulls her out of the room into another bedroom, where Elissa continues to complain about how this isn’t fun. Candice reminds her that her sister also always had to fight to survive (kind of a myth).

At the same time, Arryn walks into the cockpit room and informs Amanda that she has to win the veto, as everybody is going to blame her for Elissa’s nomination. “If I’m on the block,, I’m going home.” Amanda says that it has to be something to do with a twist, and Arryn says that maybe Elissa put herself up.

GinaMarie now heads upstairs to inform Judd and Kaitlin that Elissa believes she put her up. If she had, she says, she would be jumping up and down. Kaitlin thinks this might be an act. “By putting herself up, it would prove to people that she’s not MVP this week.”

When we return from commercials, it is veto competition time. There are voting booths and a mud pit. To “earn” votes, they have to roll in the mud to find envelopes with a numerical tally of votes. The most votes wins veto, and there are other “prizes” attached to some ballots - both good and bad.

There’s no reason to recap everything that happens. Three or four people read the rules, there’s lots of laughter about the rolling in the mud, blah blah blah. “I just have to get down and dirty.” Yeah, you get the picture.

With the game finally over, we get the results. Helen goes first, and she has 29 votes, plus a 8 pm curfew for two nights (thank god). Kaitlin is next, and she has 25 votes. McCrae’s total is 20, but he also won five thousand bucks! Arryn’s total is 32, taking the lead from Helen. Judd also takes the lead with 38 votes, and a day of solitary confinement. It’s now all up to Elissa, and I think you know what happens here. She has 40 points, but can’t play in the next veto competition. Yes, the evil witch has just saved herself! GinaMarie says she better watch her ass next week, though! Now the paranoia starts again about the MVP!

After more commercials, Judd gives us a tour of his solitary confinement room. He says it’s going to be hell, but I believe he actually likes it. Helen then puts on her cute mom face to describe the 8 pm curfew. Worse, she’s starting to yell in the diary room like Dan did last year. Knock it off!

Meanwhile, it is McCrae’s birthday, and Amanda is getting all decked out to give him a special dance. She’s wearing a one-piece bathing suit, and Elissa wants to know whose it is. “Mine”, replies Amanda. “You brought a one-piece? Who are you?” Oh boy. Elissa continues to make catty jabs about how nobody wears one-pieces, but Amanda says she’s going to take them as compliments. “Mmmmmhmmmm, you look like you work at a strip club.”

Amanda and the crew head upstairs to celebrate, and McCrae couldn’t be more thrilled. Even before it happens, Elissa is complaining that “this is getting really risque”. Um, no, it hasn’t. Amanda then comes in, and everybody (but Elissa) cheers as Amanda spanks him. McCrae says that it was the best birthday ever, but Elissa continues to complain about how tasteless she was. Again, she bitches about the one-piece. Somebody mentions that Amanda should lick whip cream off McCrae, and Elissa bitches that will make her vomit. “It’s pretty frickin’ gross.” Really, bitch?

Amanda gets up and heads downstairs to cry alone. “She plays herself off as this good Christian girl, but she’s just nasty.” McCrae heads downstairs to console her, and tells her that the problem was that she got more attention than Elissa. What especially pisses off Amanda is that they had helped her when others had been mean.

Thankfully, there are now commercials, and when we get back Judd is still dealing with the solitary confinement (they had intercut shots of him during the last segments). Finally, it was time for him to get out, and everybody hugged him and he downed a beer and pizza.

It’s now veto ceremony time, and Elissa heads into the room to stare at the veto wall. Why, I dno’t know, as she has no say on the veto except to take herself down. Which, obviously, she does. They all look at the wall, and after an extended delay we find out the new nominee is...GinaMarie!

Howard is obviously happy with this new move. “Let the games begin.” Arryn still believes that Elissa is the MVP, as does Kristin. GinaMarie ends the show with some nonsense that I don’t have the time to translate.

So that’s it. Do you Elissa fans still believe she’s a wonderful woman? isn’t she the cattiest bitch in Big Brother history? Go ahead and complain about these statements. I can take it. Please comment.

We Did It!

What a shocking, and hilarious, day! It appears (to some people, at least) that a grass roots effort resulted in success!

To understand what's happening, let's go back to Thursday night's eviction episode. Towards the end of the episode, Julie Chen announced that this week we would be voting for the third nominee instead of a MVP. Big Brother Gossip Show co-host Colette Lala posted on twitter that we should all vote for Elissa, and within minutes the gang here at this board jumped on the bandwagon.

It was great fun for all, as Mike, Barb, and myself posted ridiculous tweet after ridiculous tweet. We were all inundated with replies. Some called us bad names. Others attempted to "correct" us for our "mistake". Most just laughed.

Others joined us in our fun, and it actually became a bit scary as the Brenchel Army attempted to have twitter take away some accounts. For the most part, though, it was great fun, and we all retweeted the highlights of the replies. My tweets became more and more ridiculous, with ties to catladies, orphaned puppies, and Congressional proclamations. Some still didn't get it.

Did we ever believe that our fun would result in what we desired? I can say that I never thought it would happen. Yet earlier today, it was announced that Elissa was indeed the third nominee this week.

Let's analyze this a bit. Nobody believes that Elissa actually got the highest number of votes. That was clearly Aaryn, who was already nominated. The already-nominated Kaitlin may have even received the second highest vote total. If CBS is being honest, that would mean the person with the highest number of votes not already on the block would become the new nominee. That was Elissa.

Even without our shenanigans, she would probably have gone up. For one, despite the fact that the family name guarantees her an advantage in any poll, there are also a ton of people that are not fans of her or her sister. There are also Big Brother purists who are angry at the advantage that she has being Rachel's sister. Then there are those that don't care about her legacy but aren't impressed with her accomplishments this season. Here competition record is 0 for 9, by the way.

Then there are those who didn't read the rules, and just voted for Elissa like they have done this entire season. Chen's announcement was almost an aside. I for one didn't actually hear it until I saw twitter explode. The polls also opened before the West Coast feed aired. The combination of mistaken votes AND anti-Brenchel fans added up to put her where she is this very moment.

It's also probably the correct move, as Elissa has been acting even weirder than normal the last couple of days. She was clearly upset that she wasn't called into the diary room to make her MVP vote last night. She dolled up for nothing! This morning, she had the weirdest conversation I've ever heard when she told Judd that she's a production plant who knows everything that is going to happen. For more on that, and everything else that has happened this week, tune in to the Big Brother Gossip Show at 10 pm ET!

The Night Owl

Tonight was a night of confessions, house meetings, love fests, and fights.  After the feeds came back from trivia earlier tonight, we learned pretty quickly that Kaitlin and Aaryn had been nominated.  Neither of them are the target (that's Jeremy), but Helen and her alliance (the rest of the house minus Spencer and  Howard) wanted to put them up just in case Jeremy wins veto so that they can send Aaryn home in a worst case scenario situation.

After nominations, the confessions began.  I don't remember who was first, but at some point each member of the alliance formerly known as The Moving Company spilled their guts to the various members of the house.  Most had already told Helen before nominations (Howard being the only exception) but Spencer and Howard felt the need to hold a meeting in HOH minus BlondeTourage and Amanda and McCrae.  They confessed their actions in the MC and also left a lot of things out.  They blamed asome things on members not present (Nick and Jeremy) and it ended in a  "Kumbaya let's all hold hands and be good people" love fest.  Am I watching Big Brother? Because I feel like this is turning into something completely different. Spencer claimed that the reason he voted out Nick was because his family would not like him being in an alliance with people "who make offensive comments and slurs against women".  I assume he was talking about Jeremy, but the irony in that of course is that Spencer himself is currently on unpaid leave from his job due to the offensive comments he himself has said about women in the house.

Helen cried at least 15 times during the course of the day and night, but when Spencer and Howard gave their speeches, she and Andy decided to turn it on extra thick.  She cried and she lectured about people lying.  She talked about how they had to make sure the "good people" win the game and that the "evil people" don't.  I seriously can't with Helen.  I wanted to like her, but I just can't.  She has a terrible case of HOH-itis and victim syndrome rolled into one making her a gigantic pain in the ass.   Andy decided it would be better for his game to pretend that he is still mad at Spencer and splash water on his face to pretend he was crying. What that actually has to do with game play I have NO idea.  I think he was just really hoping they would call him to the DR to talk about it.  I personally hope they DO start calling him in more so I can have a break from his constant feed bombing all over the place.

Amanda and McCrae decided that when Elissa got her MVP notification (since everyone knew it would be her) they wanted her to put up Howard so the he could either win veto and they could BD Jeremy, or they could send Howard home if Jeremy got to play in veto and won.  Amanda is all about getting Howard out because she knows that he does not trust her and would like to see her leave.

After Elissa got her MVP confirmation, she told McCrae.  McCrae told her he would take the heat and tell everyone that he got MVP (WHAT?!).   Why he would want to put an extra target on his back bigger than Amanda already is, I have no idea..but whatever..it's what he did.

Amanda still feeling confident that she could control everything including the MVP nomination decided to start a fight with Candice about Howard going up on the block because Candice had pleaded with Elissa and Helen and McCrae to please keep Howard off the block and put up Spencer instead.  She has grown close with Howard and told Amanda that she would feel the same way about someone wanting to put McCrae up.  Amanda refused to see the reason in this and she and Candice ended on bad terms with Candice going downstairs angry.

Amanda THEN decided it would be a good idea to fight with Howard when he was pulled upstairs to talk with McCrae to talk about being put up as the MVP nomination.  Howard was okay with going up and kept trying to apologize and squash things with Amanda, but as usual she kept beating a dead horse and wouldn't let it go. She kept telling him she wanted an apology from him for "bullying" her (since when is wanting someone out considered bullying?!) and Howard kept telling her that he WAS sorry for wanting her out etc..  Eventually they just stopped fighting about the same ridiculous things that happened last week and Howard went downstairs.

Then, Elissa was called to the DR to make her MVP nomination.  When she returned upstairs Amanda and Helen were in the room and Elissa told Amanda that she didn't get MVP.  Amanda called her a liar and they started arguing about it.  Finally it came out that Elissa did have MVP but that she did not feel right nominating Howard and had nominated Spencer instead with the target still being Jeremy.  Her nomination could very well be due to production interference because Helen mentioned at least 3 times tonight that the DR did not want Howard nominated and then the feeds immediately cut to fish each time.  Once Amanda learned that Elissa had nominated Spencer and not Howard, she went off and started her third fight of the night.  She said she didn't understand "how Elissa could fuck them that way" and that it wasn't fair that when they protect her she would go against them and make a different nomination.  Elissa said she didn't understand why it would matter if it was Howard or Spencer on the block if Jeremy was the intended Target.  Ellissa then went on to yell at everyone in the room about how they use her and get information from her and get her to nominate people for them, but they don't ever clue her in on what THEY are doing or what THEIR alliance is thinking or who THEY are going to nominate.  The fight really didn't come to a solid conclusion, it just ended with Amanda storming downstairs with McCrae in tow so they could talk about how stupid Elissa is for going against them.  While I'm not surprised and saw this coming from a mile away from the time Amanda started trying to save Elissa to control her, I will grant Amanda the fact that Elissa knows NOTHING about how the game or nominations work.  She makes very stupid decisions about it (like putting Jeremy straight on the block knowing he will likely win veto) unless Helen is in her ear telling her exactly what to do. So really, both sides of the argument were kind of ridiculous.

Meanwhile, Spencer had a really long chat with Judd explaining to him how much he liked him and still wanted to be in an alliance with him.  he told him that everything he had told him in the last week as far as liking him and game play had been true with the exception of not outing the MC to him until today.  Judd asked him a lot of questions about the various members and Spencer told him (and told the HOH crowd earlier) about Nick's real job and going to Yale etc.. Judd was happy that he was right the first week about Nick, Spencer, Howard, and Jeremy being in an alliance.  He had been paranoid about it when he caught some of them talking late at night and was excited that his suspicions turned out to be true.

When Spencer was done talking to Judd, McCrae did damage control about the MVP nomination.  Since he had already told Howard that HE was MVP and that Howard was going up, he pulled Howard into the cockpit and spoke to him about not putting him up.  He got him to swear on the Bible about not coming after them etc..  and then ended it.  He then pulled Spencer in to talk to him about going up (since Elissa had actually already nominated him).   Spencer told him he did not mind being nominated and would take his punishment, but that he would like to not be on the outside of the alliance.  They both talked about how the reason the MC did not work was because of Jeremy being such an asshole and being cocky and paranoid.  They said they both liked Nick, but that they had to stop the alliance because they could no longer be associated with Jeremy.  After their talk, Spencer went to bed.

Meanwhile, up in the HOH room, Elissa, Helen, and Judd were having a talk about what happened with Amanda.  Elissa started crying and saying she wanted to self evict again, but none of us are actually that lucky, and I'm pretty sure production would handcuff her to the have not room if she even TRIED to leave.  Judd and Helen both told Elissa not to let Amanda push her around because MVP is hers and it's her decision as to who goes up no matter who it is.  Later when Elissa and Helen went to bed in HOH, they both discussed having to turn on people who had protected her implying Amanda and McCrae.

At some point when all these other things were happening, GinaMarie still dressed in Nick's hat and carrying around his coffee mug and chapstick, was told the truth about the MC alliance and who he really was via Helen.  Helen was nice to her about it and they had a good laugh.  GinaMarie decided that she does not necessarily believe Nick skates because he did not comment on her "skate shoes". *Head Desk*.  After her chat with Helen, GM was called to DR (I'm assuming to talk about what she just learned).  When she got out, Amanda decided to tell her "no one wants to hurt your feelings by telling you the truth, but Nick was saying he needed to get rid of you right away because you are so annoying".  GinaMarie let that soak in for a minute and then laughed it off.  She asked around a bit if it was true and people confirmed it.  She responded by saying she still has feelings for him and will continue to wear his hat and see what happens at the finale.  Again, I can't make this stuff  up. She is REALLY like this.  According to Judd, she now sleeps with the coffee mug that Nick drank out of.  I'm thinking the only thing GM might win out of this season is a straight jacket and a ride to the asylum.

Amanda had a long chat with Aaryn telling her that she was in a good position because everyone wants Jeremy out.  Aaryn told Amanda that Kaitlin said that if Jeremy goes this week she is just going to self evict after him because she doesn't want to be there anymore. Aaryn asked why she is the bigger threat than Kaitlin and Amanda told her that it was because she is stronger and could win HOH.  Aaryn countered that by saying "yeah, but I don't have any votes on my side and even if I won HOH all I could do is nominate whoever the house wanted out. People should just be using me as a tool".

After that chat, pretty much everyone went to bed except for McCrae and Amanda who laid downstairs a while longer alternating kissing and talking about how "stupid" everyone is who isn't going along with their plan.  They then went to bed too.

The HGs have been on lockdown all night, so Veto should be played sometime this morning, and that will seal the fate of either Jeremy, Aaryn, or Spencer.  As always you can follow me on twitter @ashes2ashes13 for more overnight updates. Until tomorrow night...
