Power of Veto Results. Its a Zinger!

Me again with another quickie update as we get ready to record Episode # 8 of our podcast.

The Power of Veto was held this afternoon - everyone except Rachel got to participate.

Cutting to the chase - Jeff won it so he is now in complete control of the nomination.

Adam mentioned that the ZINGBOT showed up when he tried to go in the Diary Room so we can expect some HILLARITY on Wednesday's show from that stupid bit - not sure if it is actually tied into the Power of Veto competition or not.

The competition itself was some type of puzzle - mit might have been a 3-D puzzle from what I just heard Jeff say a bit ago.  He apparently may have called it '4-D' in the Diary Room since it had 4 sides.  He realized his error right away but thinks they may still show it.

The real question now is will Jeff use it to put up Daniele and if he does who will he save?

The only thing I know for sure is that Daniele, Kalia or Porsche are going to the Jury on Thursday.

Let us know your thoughts on this, a lot of people assumed that somehow Daniele would win the competition.  Do you think she is going? 3 votes are needed to evict this week with no tie-breaker.

The POV Winner Is

Hey all! Just a quick update with the details that I know about the POV competition held earlier today.

Everybody played in the competition except for Brendon, Rachel, and Porsche (she was the host). It was a redux of the prizes and punishment Power of Veto competition that we've seen for seasons and seasons over. It also took forever for us to find out who won what and everything because for the longest time we were stuck watching Porsche, Kalia, and others play their celebrity guessing game.

So here's how things wound up. Adam won the POV! Jeff won money and Kalia won a Caribbean vacation. Shelly 'won' twenty-four hours of solitary confinement in the Have Nots room complete with a makeshift toilet. But it's not all bad for her because she also won a phone call from home. Jordan 'won' a green unitard and pink tutu getup that she's extremely thrilled about. Finally, Daniele won a veto ticket which guarantees her playing in the Power of Veto competition next week.

The feeds were on trivia for a very long time and when they did finally come back up it seems that the POV competition had been over for awhile and there didn't seem to have been any drama in the aftermath. All in all, a pretty low-key event it seems.

So what do you think about all of this? Do you think Daniele will truly keep with the Brenchel alliance or do you think she'll get rid of one of them (because it's obvious - hopefully - that Adam will be using the POV on himself). Who do you want to see put up in Adam's place?

Power of Veto Results.

Hey there all - just a real quick note on a Saturday afternoon.  The Power of Veto was held early this morning with Kalia, Jeff, Rachel, Jordan, Shelly and Adam competting.

The competition involved a ball or balls - sounded like they were building someting - perhaps stacking something - because if you 'dropped your ball' you had to start over.  Jeff won the competition so he now has the Power of Veto and will use it on Monday to save himself.

Kalia will most likely put up Adam in Jeff's place.  She has said she will never nominate Jordan because of a promise they made to each other the first week.

Kalia really wants Rachel to go.  Rachel, Jeff and Jordan feel that none of this matters because whomever is 'evicted' will be coming right back into the house.  Its not quite true but very close and very possible that Rachel will defeat whomever America selects.  I'm going to guess it will be Dominic - the vote will be close between him and Cassi but I think the TV only viewers will vote for Domic over Cassi.

Guess Who Won The POV

Happy Saturday afternoon everybody! After two-and-a-half hours of trivia time on the live feeds, the Big Brother gods finally turned the switch back on and allowed us to find out who won the Power of Veto competition.

But first, let's go back to nominations. Daniele nominated Brendon and Rachel for eviction yesterday with the primary target being for Brendon to go. I can't wait to see the nomination on tomorrow night's show because Daniele called them the king and queen in it. Teehee!

The players competing in the POV competition today were Daniele, Brendon, Rachel, Jeff, Adam, and Porsche. Brendon's been telling Rachel that if he won he'd use the POV on her so that she would stay in the game. Well of course he would do that being such a fine gentleman and all right? Right.

So when the feeds finally came back today, it was (dun dun dun duuunnn!) Brendon that won!

It sounds like the competition involved (perhaps) having to guess how long it might take them to go through an obstacle course. There's been mention so far of having to do a puzzle and cross a balance beam.

Jeff was upset at himself for losing by two seconds. Shelly was in the HOH room telling Daniele (and the always up Daniele's ass Kalia) that she thought there was no way that Brendon would use the POV to save Rachel and would really save himself but that she would talk to Brendon to get that not to happen. When Shelly left the HOH room, Daniele remarked to Kalia that there's something up with Shelly. Well duh!

Brendon has reiterated to Rachel that he'll use the POV on her so if that stays the same until the POV ceremony on Monday afternoon, he'll still be on the block. It's been expected that Jordan would take Rachel's place on the block if Rachel won POV or was saved so that might stay the plan. However, there was a mention by Daniele to Kalia that perhaps Shelly could go on the block.  I'm not sure that would happen though.

So what do you think about this turn of events? Are you happy that Brendon won the POV? Do you think it's smart to put Jordan up on the block in Rachel's place? Do you think that there's a chance Jordan could be evicted over Rachel? Tell me what you're thinking in the comments!

Nominations and Power of Veto Results

Just a quick update since Hamsterdame, Ash and Scott are all hating this week....  (I kid), yesterday Rachel made her nominations and for the second time Adam and Dominic found themselves up on the block.  The difference is that last week Dominic was the target of Jeff and Jordan, this week it is Adam that Rachel and Jeff would like to see leave the house.

Meanwhile Daniele is actually tossing out the idea of going after Jeff and Jordan, saying that if they were to get Jeff out now it would be one less vote against them because she feels if they vote Jeff and Jordan out and into the Jury they will hold a grudge against them and vote for somone else to win.  Clearly Daniele is hoping to get Rachel and Brendon to do the dirty work.

Today was the Power of Veto competition, amazingly Jeff and Jordan were selected yet again to play, granted it was in theory a 50-50 chance that they be selected - the other couple being Lawon and Kalia but there has always been people, including house guests that suspect there may be something funny with the 'chips' in the POV bag since they are not allowed to inspect the unseen chips after the names have been selected.

Details have yet to come out of what was involved in the POV competition but we do now know that Brendon won it.  Now we will see if Rachel and Brendon decide to keep Adam as their target, redirect their aim on Lawon, or turn the house upside down and put up Jeff and Jordan with the idea of eliminating Jeff and possibly separating Jeff and Jordan for the summer with one in and one out of the Jury House.

Be sure to listen late Saturday night or Sunday for Episode #4 of the Big Brother Gossip Show where we will discuss all this and more.  Look for a new post on the site Saturday night!

POV Meeting Results - Week 2

Earlier this afternoon, the much anticipated Power of Veto meeting was held. What happened? I know you're just dying to know!

Dominic won the Power of Veto on Saturday ensuring that Adam and himself would be safe - if he decided to use it. There was a teensy tiny bit of talk about what if Dominic didn't use it and made a deal to be safe so that Adam could be voted out. Do you think that happened?

There was increased talk over the last day about putting Brendon and Rachel up on the block in Dominic and Adam's place if he used it on themselves. When that talk began, it created a little spark amongst all of us live feeders. Might Jordan (and Jeff) bust open their alliance this early in the game? Would that be a safe power play or the dumbest decision possible with such a shocking move? The debates on the internet went round and round. Do you think Jordan did this?

Well of course none of this happened ya big dummies! Hehe! The very predictable and out in the open plan that the entire house knew about even though Jordan wasn't supposed to have told anybody is exactly what happened.

Dominic used the POV to save Adam and himself. Jordan then put Cassi and Shelton - errr Shelly - on the block in their place. Dun dun dun!!! So shocking! Who could have seen this coming?

When the feeds returned, Cassi and Shelton were out back droning on to Adam and feeling sorry for themselves. Shelton was especially upset - crying and sniffling and wiping her snot on her t-shirt.

Cassi finally began crying real tears when she talked about missing her Daddy. After the thirty seconds it took for her to recover, she asked Lawon to do his best to keep her best friend Shelton safe in the house and he said he would.

Oh children, if only you knew of the sneaky snake crawling around in your midst. Watch out because I bet she bites!

So what do you think about this turn of events? Do you think the plan for Cassi to leave will hold strong until Thursday evening? Do you think Cassi can pull her head out of her ass long enough to use a little brain power and realize Shelton is not her bestie after all? How well do you think Shelton is playing so far? Did Jordan (and Jeff) make the right decision in not putting up Brendon and Rachel?

I can't wait to hear what you think!

Power of Veto Results. Whose Gonna Go Home? Golden Keys.

This afternoon the first power of veto ceremony was held and shocker - it wasn't used.  It was pretty obvious that Brendon and Rachel weren't going to use it - if for no other reason than they don't want to make any more enemies and they have pretty much asked for loyalty from everyone in the house.

I would have said its almost a lock that Keith was going home however after listening to Cassie, Lawon and Dominic chat in the Padded Have Not room this afternoon I think there is a chance he may stay.  They feel that if they keep him in the house he will be the first target once the golden keys are gone.  It will be an up and down week with the HGs not being forced to 'lock in' their votes until Thursday (thats right, the feeling among most of us is that it isn't really a live vote - the HGs have to TELL production how they are going to vote the day before).

The other item of note today was that Danielle suddenly realized that all the golden key holders were guarenteed to make it to the Jury House.  There has been some question as to how that will work.  People are doing the math as so...  14 people-4 key holders leaves 10 people - 2 finalists = 8 people but there are only 7 in the Jury - so how can everyone that gets a key make the jury?  The answer is in the last week before Jury - that person needs no key because they are in.  Here is the way it works.

Week 1 - Danielle - 1st Key - 13 HGs left

Week 1 - Keith/Porsche - 2nd Key - 12 HGs left

Week 2 - ?? - 3rd Key - 11 HGs left

Week 3 - ?? - 4th Key - 10 HGs left

Week 4 - ?? Evicted - the person left gets no key but thats ok - every week after the evictee is in the jury. 9 HGs left - 2 finalists and 7 Jury.

Make sense?  If you already figured it out - sorry!

The TV show is on tonight in about 40 minutes for me.  We'll see the Have Not competition that involves something with Milking Cows on the Moon - or at least cows and the moon are involved.

There will also be the first nomination ceremony shown.  And maybe there will be hints to Dicks impending departure.  Speaking of Dick he should be releasing a video statement sometime today, we'll let you know when its up.

POV Players Have Been Chosen

The POV players have been drawn! Competing against Rachel, Kristen, and Hayden will be Britney, Enzo, and Ragan. Brendon was chosen by Rachel to host the little shindig.

Ragan is convinced that this POV will involve the much beloved unitard along with various prizes and punishments. It is the right time to have this competition so who knows. After the competition today, we just might see one of the hamsters dressed all in red! How funny would it be if Enzo was the one stuck in the unitard!

Kathy's really disappointed she didn't get picked to play in the competition as she was planning on winning it and taking Kristen off the block. No - seriously! The thought of her winning a competition is hilarious! Perhaps if it was an endurance competition for curling eyelashes and applying mascara she would have a chance. Oh and if it involved who could lay down the longest! Ha!

Kristen and Hayden are really going to have to fight for their lives in the POV competition today as nobody chosen to play have any plans on using the POV to save them. Again, that's as of today. Who knows what could happen in the end.

Anybody out there hoping that Kristen or Hayden wins the POV today? Do you think this might be the unitard POV competition? Let your fingers do the talking in the comments!

The Second POV Winner Is

The hamsters had an early wakeup call this morning in preparation for today's Power of Veto competition. After bitching and moaning for a bit they all finally got up and began moving around. There was plenty of complaining from Britney about her new Have Not bed (chaise lounge) and speculation from all about Big Brother calling them to the Diary Room so late.

Eventually though the players were picked for the POV competition. We knew Rachel would be playing along with her two nominees, Britney and Monet. Lane, Enzo, and Brendon would be joining them in the backyard for a little afternoon fun. Britney and Monet knew that they had to win the POV themselves in order to guarantee their safety this week as there was no chance nobody else would save either one of them if they won POV.

After more than three hours of trivia on the feeds, the hamsters finally reappeared on my small screen. Brendon and Rachel were up in the HOH room talking about a replacement nominee. Oh my goodness, that means that either Monet or Britney won it!

In the Have Nots room Enzo, Britney, and Monet were going on about the competition. Monet was crying and Britney and Enzo began trying to figure out the votes to save Monet. Guess what that means! Britney won the POV! Woohoo!

The competition itself was a timed competition. Britney said she was the first to drop. Enzo said he went fourteen seconds over. As the houseguests talked more about the competition, it sounds like they had to do something as close to an hour without going over. Enzo just keeps going on to Brenchel about being fourteen seconds over and how if he had won POV everything could have stayed the same and Britney would have gone home. (He doesn't know that Monet is Brenchel's target.)

Rachel was talking to Brendon about asking Britney not to use the POV at all and they would guarantee to  her that Monet would go home over her. Hey guys, there is NO WAY that Britney would pull a Marcellas. They also tossed around putting Kathy up as a pawn but they're worried that Kathy would get all emotional and take it personally. They're also still tossing around using Matt as the replacement nominee and feel that he'd be cool with it.

So there's no definite replacement yet but I'm sure once Brenchel gets more alone time tonight a decision will be made. I think they're going to go round and round a bit but will find their way back to the Matt plan. No matter what happens, I just Monet to go home this week! She's so boring! And while Britney can certainly be a little bitch at times, she's not an idiot and acts more like she wants to play the game. I love that about her!

What do you think about Britney winning the POV? Are you happy, sad, or mad? Who do you think Rachel should replace Britney with to ensure Monet's eviction?

Veto Ceremony Now Being Held!
