Preseason Press Day House Tour and Interviews on Super Pass

As of about 3am this morning the Press Day tour videos of the "new" Big Brother 14 house were posted (Scroll down for one video).  I won't lie, it was much tougher for me to get through this year than it usually is.  Most of it was more about Rachel than it was about the house, and, of course she brought "BRENNON" with her.  I don't suppose she could leave her wart at home just to do press day.  The video of the "mini game" and tour is mostly just scripted DRs of Rachel saying things like "Nobody messes with MY man" etc..  To my knowledge this is the first time former house guests have been allowed in on press day to play the game with the other people.  Rachel does get evicted, so there is THAT.  Not soon enough though in my humble opinion.

The interview with Grodner in the producers video is foretelling of this season I think.  No one has said that Rachel is definitely going to be there, but I think we can all safely say there are most likely going to be former rehashed house guests, and Grodner was definitely pushing the Rachel idea saying that last season was one of her favorites "because Rachel got to go from being hated to loved". I feel like we might be doomed, but then again I have been very wrong before, so maybe I will be pleasantly surprised.  I can only hope.

The house on the other hand is kind of cute this year.  Some photos of it were leaked earlier in the week and can be seen a few blogs back. There is also a video of Reality Nation's Spicy Pants giving a tour of parts of the house.  I have seen the theme called "Tokyo pop" and also just "Space".  Either way I kind of like it. It's not completely redone or revamped or anything spectacular. They did get a new fridge..but that's about it. The rest of it is just painted over as usual. It's cuter this year though.

Despite my feelings of horror that we might be gearing up for another season of Rachel and God forbid Brendon, I am actually starting to get excited to see the new cast! I kind of like this mentors theme rumor because I think it might mean that the rehashed former House Guests don't necessarily LIVE in the BB house and get to play.  Maybe the actual House Guests will all be all new faces and OH wouldn't that be as refreshing as a cool misty breeze in my face during this 100 degree weather we are having down here.

Rachel Wins Her Honeymoon Trip

In case you haven't heard, Rachel won Big Brother 13 by a vote of 4-3 last night. And today she won her honeymoon. Check out this priceless video below!

By the way, good job on you Rachel for doing this because many would not have.

Second Part of HoH Competition Complete - Deal Made.

As reported in the last post, the second part of the final HoH competition was held last night and won by Porsche.  From the few details we have been able to glean from the talk afterwards, sounds like they were underwarer for a lot of it.  It is possible that the competition was similar to the one shown below from Season 8.

After the competition Porsche and Rachel said they would take each other to the finals no matter who wins Wednesday's Part 3.  Rachel then actually told Adam about the deal at about 9:39pm. 

There is no TV show tonight as CBS will be running 9/11 programming.

Adam's Nominations and POV Winner Revealed

Feeds came back right after 9pm and we pretty quickly figured out what was up.

Adam nominated Porsche and Jordan - which didn't really matter as you will see.

Some time today they did the Power of Veto competition - all we know about it is that it WASN'T an endurance competition.  We also know Porsche won it.

That means Porsche will use it on Thursday's live show and Rachel will go up in her place.

As of this writing Porsche has implied to Adam that she will be voting out Jordan.  Flash Back to 9:52pm on Wednesday night if you want to hear it.

And there you have it,  tomorrow night the final three will begin the last HoH competition with part one of three - the endurance portion.  I'd say if it is indeed Rachel joining Porsche and Adam it should be a pretty good one.  I think Porsche, if she were wise, would want to go up against Adam and not Rachel in the final two.  Then again if she were REALLY wise she would vote out Rachel tomorrow night but I don't think that will be the case.

And Then There Were Four - Taped Eviction Show Results

Greetings one and all - unless you ONLY come to Big Brother Gossip for your Big Brother news you most likely already know that the word on the street is Kalia was indeed voted out on tonight's taped eviction show and Adam won the HoH competition beating out Jordan by one question.  The news was broadcast to the twitter universe as I expect it would be and I trust the source I am quoting (MissCleoBB13).

Here are a few other tidbits from that source and one other.......

• Kalia apparently told Adam to start playing like an all star and not a fan in her eviction speech <POW!>
• Adam was 6 for 6 in the questions - Jordan 5 for 6.  The questions were indeed based on the Fortune Tellers quotes.
• Julie wore a "leopard one piece dress" on the show.
• Shelly entering the Jury House was shown and things were very uncomfortable.
• Rachel left a nasty goodbye message to Kalia and her jaw dropped. She called her a cow. Kalia was not happy.

Now that we know Adam has won, the question is, what will he do?

His nominations really mean nothing as the real holder of power this "week" (ok its only 2 days) is the Power of Veto winner who will both get to decide who is nominated and cast the one vote to evict (Unless Adam also wins the POV).

In all likelyhood I THINK Porsche needs to win the POV to stay - but some feel if he wins it, Adam will want Rachel evicted.  Adam has been closer to Porsche than Rachel but I don't think he wants the blood on his hands and so may either throw the POV competition or if he wins it he might evict Porsche by letting Jordan or Rachel cast the vote to evict.

The feeds have been off since 2pm and at the very least will stay off until after the show airs on Wednesday - when they return we may find out who the POV winner is - unless it hasn't been played yet.
