The Night Owl

Wow wow WOW!! What a night!!  I will try to gloss over the early day and evening stuff so I can get to the juicy bits for you.   Early in the day McCrae and Aaryn were nominated.  Elissa had stated to everyone that Aaryn was her target, but as I said before, I was hoping she had a bigger plan.  Elissa made a deal with Judd to work with him for as long as they could toward the end, and Elissa told him she was so happy he was back and confided in him her plans.

Aaryn moped around knowing that she could quite possibly be going home, and despite everyone telling her to just be quiet and they have the votes to keep her, she still for some reason ran to the ONE person who wouldn't and couldn't help her....Amanda!  She told Amanda she was so pissed that Judd was back in the house and got his key. She told her she was sure that GinaMarie had a deal with Elissa (which she kind of does, but not the kind of deal Aaryn was thinking).  Amanda and Aaryn bitched and whined to each other and laid around for most of the evening.

While Amanda, Aaryn, and McCrae were laying around, GinaMarie had a very very long conversation about Aaryn and about Amanda.  Elissa told GinaMarie a lot of the things Aaryn has said about her and they both agreed for the most part that Amanda was a huge part, if not all of the problem between the girls in the house.

Cut to a little while later and Elissa has a DR session.  when she came out of the DR session she caught Judd in the bathroom hallway and asked him what he thought about the idea of getting rid of Amanda instead.  He said he was on board.  She asked him if he thought it was a better idea than getting rid of Aaryn, and he said definitely.  So she sent him to go get Aaryn and send her up to the HOH room.

When Aaryn came into the HOH room, Elissa just came right out with it: "I think we should just put everything behind us and work together and get Amanda out."   She asked Aaryn if she would be on board and of course Aaryn said yes.  Elissa told her that she almost wanted to win the veto herself just to prove to Aaryn how serious she was, but that she still wanted Aaryn to fight like crazy for it.  They had a long talk in which Elissa told her that she felt like Amanda was the problem between the two of them and she really wanted to see if they could work together with Amanda out of the house and not in the middle of them.  It's honestly one of the only times I think I've ever seen Aaryn not scowling.

A little while after Aaryn found out about what was going on, she only had time to fill GinaMarie (who already knew) on a little bit of it when the feeds were cut to fish so they could draw players for the veto competition.  Elissa told Aaryn in their discussion that if she gets HG choice she could do whatever she wanted to, but that she might want to consider picking Judd over GM as he is a little stronger in competition and she knew for a fact Judd would take Aaryn off the block.  Earlier in the night Amanda had told Aaryn that she had to pick HER to play for her (why Amand though Aaryn would pick her is beyond me.  Yes, I pick you so you can play for you and yoru boyfriend and not me..).  While picking Amanda might be a smart move because she has yet to win anything, Aaryn went with Elissa's plan instead.  When the feeds returned, chaos had ensued.

Spencer was complaining because he did not get drawn. McCrae and Amanda were freaking out about Aaryn picking Judd to play for her.  Everyone was essentially going a little nuts.  Once Spencer calmed down, McCrae came into the cockpit to bitch about the situation and about how he didn't think Elissa looked happy when she drew Amanda's chip to play. Everyone was making their own argument for their own problem at once and also wondering if it would be a night comp or a morning comp.  I preferred the Judd response.

Just when all the boys in the cockpit were starting to get settled down, Amanda started her mad pacing through the house watching for anyone who might be talking game.  She passed by GinaMarie and Elissa drinking at the kitchen counter a few times and mean mugged them until Elissa finally spit her drink out (literally) in a fit of giggles.  This sent Amanda off.  She thought they were whispering to each other, and so she started yelling really loudly to Elissa that GinaMarie had talked more shit about her than anyone else in the house etc..  GinaMarie fought right back though with a "And you never said ANYTHING about her though, huh?"  It got louder and louder until all you could hear was GinaMarie yelling over Amanda, and Elissa took GM by the shoulders and told her to just stop because it was what Amanda wanted.

Amanda and McCrae retreated to their bed so that Amanda could talk about how much she hates all the "phony ass kissers" in the house and talk about how she would never do that and how REAL she is. (lol I'm not even trying to be funny..this joke just makes itself).  GM came in and apologized for getting loud and told her that they really were just laughing at her pacing and making faces at them.

Amanda still on a mission marched up to the HOH to "talk" to Elissa.  She started with her usually loop "I've been the only one there for you." "I saved you" "They hate you" "They are all terrible people and you only have me."  She ended in tears and sobs asking Elissa if she was going to be "backdoored (even though you can't be backdoored if you are playing in veto).  Elissa literally could not contain herself.  She started laughing and she couldn't stop.  A few times Elissa tried to hold in the idea of Amanda going up, but every time Amanda asked she kept bursting into giggles.  After a while of Amanda's ranting, Elissa told her she was going to bed and they would just have to talk about it later and sent Amanda and McCrae from the room.

Amanda of course started whining and complaining to McCrae, and Aaryn when she could find her about Elissa laughing at her.  She also kept trying to convince Aaryn that Aaryn needs to let HER win the veto so she can take McCrae off and then convince everyone to keep Aaryn

While Amanda went through her motions and loops, the rest of the house studied the memory wall together and speculated whether this would be "morphomatic" veto or "How bad do you want it" or something else.

Everyone has gone to bed now, but Aaryn halfway filled in Spencer on what the real plan really was before they went to bed, and Judd let Andy speculate without actually saying anything to him that it would really be the best for all of them if Amanda did not win veto and went home this week.

I really feel bad for McCrae.  The poor guy is on the block for the first time, but as per usually he is forced to try to calm his crazy ass girlfriend down and try to save both of their asses now that she is making so much noise.  At this point he is kind of stuck with her until she leaves because it would be too risky to jump ship just now without actually knowing what the plan is or having a sure fire parachute alliance.

I do not think the veto will be tonight.  It may be early in the morning, or they may have just done the draw tonight because tension was high and they knew people would explode and lose it.  If the latter, I'm thankful they brought the entertainment.  If anyone playing in the veto (McCrae, Aaryn, Judd, Elissa, GinaMarie, Amanda) besides Amanda wins it, it looks like Amanda might actually be toast this week.  Elissa is nuts and I have no idea what she has in store or if she will keep her sights set on Amanda, but for now I like where this is headed.  Then again, the one person you don't want to win  always does, right?  Either way, this has been a fun evening to watch on the feeds.  There was also a lot of humor and entertainment in between that I didn't have time to write about (thank you Judd).  As always, you guys can follow me on twitter @ashes2ashes13 for more overnight feed updates.  Here's hoping things get even more nuts after veto tomorrow!! Until tomorrow night...

The Night Owl

Ladies and Gentlemen, I present your veto winner:

I know. I was surprised too.  Apparently the veto comp was this year's version of OTEV. OTEV was a love-sick beaver.  From what I have heard on the feeds, Elissa went into beast mode and was unstoppable in the competition even managing to someone half-blacken Andy's eye.

The most hilarious part of this veto win for me is that Helen was jumping up and down, dancing embarrassingly, and arrogantly boasting about how she and Elissa are both staying and Spencer is leaving when in actuality, Helen is definitely still leaving.  The scary part of course is that with Helen leaving on THIS Thursday, she could potentially bounce right back into the house if she wins the competition to re-enter.

Right after the veto comp McCrae and Amanda had a bit of a debate about next week.  Amanda already has her plan in place to ditch Spencer, but McCrae thinks that Elissa is more dangerous since she has now won more comps than Spencer and cannot be controlled once Helen is gone.  I'm pretty sure Amanda will end up winning again as usual, but it's worth noting there was at least a debate about it.

Speaking of Amanda and McCrae, they also had a small tiff when Amanda decided to have a meltdown because....wait for it.....she had not seen enough of McCrae today.  I'm not sure how that's even really possible in the BB house, but she manged to freak out about it.

Helen wasted no time after the veto comp in trying to make a new alliance wtih GinaMarie to secure GinaMarie''s vote.  She is sure that she has Amanda, McCrae, Elissa, and Amanda, but she wants it to be a unanimous vote, so she went to work on GinaMarie.  GinaMarie did her usual "agree with everything but mean none of it" thing and later told Aaryn about the whole conversation.

GinaMarie also had a meltdown tonight.  She was apparently sad that OTEV did not ask any questions about Nick, and "that's all she wanted".  While she was crying to Aaryn about it, Aaryn leaked Andy's suggestion from earlier in the day that the three of them got to final three instead of taking Amanda and McCrae.  Aaryn was not supposed to tell GinaMarie, but I doubt Andy will find out she knows since GM is probably the ONLY one in the house that is good about keeping her mouth shut when it comes to Game info.

Amanda once again told Elissa tonight that Helen is leaving.  She told her it's done and there is no point in her trying to get a campaign together because it will just put a target on her.  Amanda had dropped hints to Elissa before about Helen possibly going this week, but apparently it did not sink in until this time.  I'm curious as to whether in the coming days Elissa will tell Helen or not.  She doesn't really have any reason not to as she has her veto and can't be sent home this week.  She is also much closer to Helen then she is to Amanda, so chances are high she will tip Helen off at some point.

The rest of the night was mostly spent drunkenly (for the ones that could drink) talking over each other and hanging out.  Since Helen has no idea she might be the target, there really isn't a lot of campaigning or gaming going on yet, but I am sure as she gets more paranoid it will ramp up in the next few days.

That's pretty much it. As always,  you guys can follow me on twitter @ashes2ashes13 for more overnight live feed updates.  Until tomorrow night...

The Night Owl

So, I didn't watch a lot of the feeds tonight, but not that much really changed from what I can tell.

Early in the day Jessie gave Andy her usually "let's get Amanda out" speech.  The problem with this of course is that it only makes sense for Jessie's game.  This is probably what put the final nail in Jessie's coffin for the upcoming eviction.  Until now, Aaryn had been pushing for Spencer (she still is) and Andy was really thinking about keeping Jessie, but now that he knows she is still after Amanda, and told Amanda as much, there is probably no chance of her staying.

Amanda and McCrae whispered in bed for a good while about who they want out next week.  Amanda still wants to backdoor Helen.  McCrae and Andy have both tried expressing to Amanda that Helen is after here.  Amanda says she does not believe Helen would put her up, but still wants to backdoor her if she can.  If not she will get rid of GinaMarie or Spencer.

After leaving their downstairs bed, Amanda and McCrae headed to the HOH bed to talk to Andy and Aaryn aobut next week's plans.  They continued to talk about getting rid of Helen or Elissa.  Andy seems more up for getting rid of Elissa, while the rest are all about getting rid of Helen..except for Aaryn who wants to get rid of Spencer. Amanda feels the four of them have everything worked out perfectly so that even if Helen won and nominated them, they still are untouchable.

Andy spent a good while talking to Spencer in the hammock.  They discussed the fact that they don't really think Judd was MVP. They think it was America.  They talked about the upcoming weeks and Andy told him how much he wants to keep him.  Spencer was pretty candid with him about most of his thoughts (although he never rats out the game he talks with GinaMarie).  When Andy talks with Spencer, it's the one person I cannot tell if he is being sincere with or not.  Part of me thinks he IS sincere about wanting to keep Spencer for a while, but just doesn't want the others to know he is close with him.  He could just be playing the same old "friendly with everyone" social game though.  It will be interesting to see if he has a hand in cutting him soon.

Eventually everyone but Spencer and GinaMarie moved up to the HOH to talk.  Helen wanted to talk about how they need to get Aaryn out so that she doesn't "HOH her way" to the end, but Amanda was not having it.  Amanda left the room shortly after Helen's comments were made, and the rest of the group agreed that Aaryn needs to go soon.  While that group was talking in the HOH, Spencer and GinaMarie talked on the patio about how unsafe they are going to feel unless something changes to get rid of one of the powerful 4 running the house.  I don't really think getting rid of Elissa is a power move. I think she is just included because she is close with Helen, but I guess they include her and call it a "foursome".

Also worth noting (although I didn't hear the full conversation) was a talk McCrae had with Andy much earlier in the evening about how he isn't really sure he trusts Amanda.  He mentioned that the DR really makes him not trust her, and that he thinks she may cut him loose soon.  He also talked about a girl he has back home for a little while.  I'm not sure if Amanda or McCrae will ever actually break from each other outside of one of them being evicted, but it would be very interesting to watch if it happened.

They are all still paranoid about one of the jurors coming back into the house, but no one really has a set plan in mind at this point.  Yesterday McCrae had mentioned wanting to get Elissa out so that she would be voted back in over Judd, but he seems to have either changed his mind today, or is just not willing to argue with Amanda and Helen about it.  They all pretty much came to the conclusion that they should stop worrying about the twist for now since there is nothing they can do about it.

The rest of the night was spent just drinking alcohol and having general chit-chat along with playing a few games.  They talked a lot about "this movie or that movie" etc..   But nothing really worth mentioning.

As I have mentioned before, I expect this week to be extremely boring as there are no real surprises happening.  The veto meeting will happen this morning, but for the first time this season, the veto will not be used.  As always, you guys can follow me on twitter @ashes2ashes13 for more of my feed update silliness. Until tomorrow night...

The Night Owl

For the most part the feeds were really boring yesterday and tonight.  There were a few tidbits here and there that are worth mentioning though.

Jessie and Spencer are nominated as predicted.  While Andy was the one to put the keys in, this is of course another Amanda/Helen HOH...mostly Amanda this time.  When the feeds returned from the nomination ceremony, Amanda was telling McCrae "Helen MUST GO next week."  and that she must be backdoored.  This is typical for Amanda at this point. As soon as the nomination ceremony happens each week, by the end of it she is pushing for the next week's target.

Earlier in the day, Helen had given a gentle push to Andy about possibly getting Amanda out this week, but as he is more loyal to Amanda than Helen, this of course did not fly.  She continued to question it off and on a little tonight through stealth whispers, but each time Andy just told her "it's not time to make a move like that yet."

I'm honestly not sure what exactly it is that Aaryn is up to.  She is supposed to be in a final 4 alliance with Amanda, McCrae, and Andy, but they all want Jessie gone this week, and Aaryn is suddenly pushing to keep Jessie and evict Spencer.  She only dropped subtle hints about it to Andy and Helen, but she spent a good portion of her night coaching Jessie on various veto comps and how to win them as well as how to manipulate the HGs into thinking they need you to stay.

While Aaryn was coaching Jessie, Amanda and McCrae talked about who they are taking to the final 3 with them.  Amanda has become very comfortable with the idea (or fact as it is in her mind) that she will be in the final 2.  She and McCrae talked about taking Elissa "because she can't win anything"...I guess Amanda forgot Elissa has won one more comp than she has.  They talked about other people too, but never came to a conclusion.  When Judd was still in tight with Amanda, he told her several times not to get comfortable because if you do, the next week you'll go home.  I've never ever wished for a prediction to come true so hard in my life...although Helen going out would be great too.

Veto should pbe played sometime today.  Most of the HGs are pretty sure it will be either the "count until an hour" comp or the "count things and play poker" comp.  I have no idea what it will actually be.  With Andy being HOH this week and the MVP twist gone, I don't expect anything crazy to happen.  Even if Jessie or Spencer wins Veto, it will just mean that GinaMarie will go up and likely go home instead of Jessie (although Amanda says Jessie must still go even if GM goes up).  The most exciting thing we will probably see this week is whether Amanda or Helen is a better schemer since the two are now ready to go after each other next week. As always you guys can follow me on twitter @ashes2ashes13 for more overnight feed updates. Until tomorrow night...
